Certification
I am a certified running coach who has completed a recognized coaching program through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA)
Knowledge of Running Techniques
I comprehensively understand proper running form, biomechanics, and techniques. This knowledge enables me to analyze and correct a runner’s form to prevent injuries and improve efficiency.
Training Plans
As a certified running coach I help create individualized training plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of my clients. I consider factors such as the runner’s experience level, fitness goals, time commitment, and any specific races or events they are targeting.
Motivation and Support
I provide motivation and emotional support to keep my clients engaged and committed to their training. I help runners overcome mental barriers, setbacks and race day anxiety.
Monitoring Progress
I track my client’s progress and adjust training plans as needed through the Final Surge platform. This might involve altering your training intensity, volume, or rest days to ensure optimal results.
Injury Prevention
I work with you to help avoid injuries by providing guidance on warm-up and cool-down routines, proper footwear, and recovery strategies. I also help identify and address potential injury risks.
Nutrition and Hydration
I offer advice on nutrition and hydration to optimize your running performance and recovery.
